Taiwan New Taipei City Pumping Station Equipment Replacement Project

◎ Models Installed：AF Series-Submersible Sewage / Wastewater Pumps

◎ Description：

Located in Zhongxing Road, Xizhi District in within a low-lying area in Taipei City, Beifeng Pumping Station is easily susceptible to flood during heavy rain. The Beifeng Pumping Station plays an important role in regulating the hydraulic system of the local area. However, the facility is turning obsolete because the equipment was installed 18 years ago, lacked maintenance, and often not operated. In case of heavy rain or flood occurrence, Beifeng Pumping Station will not be sustainable. Therefore, the Water Conservancy Bureau initiated a tender and selected HCP AF Series – Submersible Sewage/Wastewater Pumps. After completion of the project, the pumping capacity of the station was doubled, and the drainage speed better than the old equipment.
As a result, the flooding problems in local area was effectively solved.
